The Catholic church of St. Peter and Paul is located in the town of Andermatt (pop. 1300) in southern Switzerland. Andermatt is at the crossroads of four alpine passes; the Gotthard, the Oberalp, the Furka and the Gosenertal. St. Peter and Paul was built in 1602. It is a striking white structure with a bright, white, baroque interior. To the right of the church is a beautifully maintained cemetery with lovely statues and headstones. Behind the cemetery is the equally beautiful Chapel of St. Michael.
