Fukagawa is a small section of Koto ward with a lovely Japanese garden, more than 30 temples and an Edo era museum, the Fukagawa Edo Museum. It is located on the street that starts opposite the entrance to the Kiyosumi Garden. The museum has displays of everyday life on the streets of Fukagawa during the Edo period. Just north of the garden there are 4 temples and to the east there are 29 more temples you can see on the 3 maps.
The Oedo subway and the Hanzomon subway share the station named KIYOSUMI SHIRAKAWA that is very close to the garden.
